1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by Recruitment 360 Ltd ("we", "us", "the Company"). By accessing our website, submitting your information, or using our recruitment services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

Recruitment 360 Ltd provides: recruitment and candidate matching, screening and document verification, onboarding support, communication between candidates and employers, and advisory services related to relocation, employment and compliance. We do not guarantee employment, job placement, or visa approval.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into a contract, provide accurate and complete information, and not misuse our services for fraud or false representation.

4. Fees and Charges

Candidates are not charged for submitting applications. We do NOT charge illegal recruitment fees under EU and Dutch labour regulations.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by EU Regulations, Dutch Law (Burgerlijk Wetboek), and UK Law. Disputes shall be handled by the courts of the Netherlands or England and Wales as applicable.
