We only collect the data necessary for recruitment, selection, administrative and employment-related purposes, including: full name, date of birth, identification documents, contact details, CV, work experience, education, certificates, and availability.

We process personal data strictly for evaluating job applications, managing recruitment processes, presenting candidates to client companies, verifying identity and documentation, facilitating onboarding and relocation, and complying with legal obligations.

6. Data Retention

Candidate CVs and profiles are retained for up to 2 years after last interaction. Contractual and legal documents are retained for up to 7 years as required by Dutch and UK administrative laws.
